"Pros: The upper room in this 630 year old building was amazing. All the old timbers were exposed, and beautiful. Comfortable bed, hot shower, all good. The check-in didn't go as advertised, but a call got us in with no trouble. The common room is nice for sitting, has a app-driven vending machine, and pay coffee machine. But no refrigerator or microwave, which we really like to have as we hike the via Berna. Cons: Check-in could be improved to match instructions provided. Add microwave and refrigerator to common room." ~Lee
