"Pros: Picturesque view, grill and pool were at the ready, ping-pong table, equipped kitchen, and small details across the house are nicely thought-out. Garden is well maintained with a few large mediterranean plants. The house is clearly used often but easily meets the weekend house standards and it has a nice layout with the view from multiple rooms, balcony and pool. Thanks! Cons: It was mentioned that there is a construction nearby, however nobody mentioned there would be multiple helicopters circulating for 4-5 hours a day for multiple construction sites close to the building. Unfortunately it is not possible to relax at the house during those times." ~Oliver
