"Pros: Very clean and spacious. Easy to check in. The host gave immediate replies to our request. Cons: We stayed 4 nights. There was no daily room service , so towel was a problem. We had to manage with only one towel per person for 5 days unless we used a washing machine which cost 5 franc per operation." ~Ey60

"Pros: Location is perfect. Stayed only 1 night on transit, managed to enjoy sunset evening walk around the Castle and water front. Lots of eating options near by. Staff friendly, accommodated our requests to supply electric kettle to our rooms. Cons: Unclear car access instructions about where to park (paid parking)..wished the hotel showed customers the map to approach. We had to go around the blocks few times. Rooms very small." ~Christine
