"Pros: The house is located in a very quiet area, but at the same time within 10 walking minutes to center of Pontresina and 5 minutes to the ski tracks. The apartment is very well equipped and spotlessly clean, including a TV with all UK channels (and hundreds of others). It has underfloor heating and we did not need slippers, and also has floor to ceiling windows in the main room with a great view of the mountains. As a bonus, you can watch birds outside, a squirrel or even a deer (Hirsch). An indoor parking space was provided for our stay too. The owner was very friendly and helpful. "Pros: The property was beautifully maintained and in a good location. Cons: The apartment was beautifully setup up but it was not clear on the booking that the bedroom was upstairs (steep stairs). I found that the instructions to pick up the key and gain access to the garage were not specific enough and could not gain access to the garage. I did find it frustrating that I was not able to contact some-one in an emergency." ~Jeanette
