"Pros: Location was good and near by the lake and other takes u about 25 mins by walk to reach the city center Near by a grocery store. Accessible to the bus and it’s few mins to the city center … Cons: I was so disappointed that we have to wait 45 mins to check in .. yes we came a bit earlier but the from desk assistant told us the room is ready however you have to subscribe for Aqua membership or something like this to be eligible for early check in. The parking lot is good and spacious but unfortunately like hotels in the city the rate is very high although we came in early time of the year. You should reconsider the rate. 23 CHF per day is too much Last but not least the bathroom is very very very small. It is like the cruise bathroom. 6.5/10" ~Ibrahim

"Pros: Location is well connected and 20 min of a pleasant walk to Lugano's city center. It was great with good restaurant around. The breakfast was a good surprise, delivering much more than we thought it would be. Cons: As expected the room is small, but good for the price (compared with other facilities around).
