"Pros: The chalet is very sweet and situated away from the road, so calm. The kitchen is new and well equipped with a new oven, dishwasher and fridge. Great views. The sentier racquette is accessible within about 50 metres of the chalet, along which you can walk all the way to Siviez. Delightful. Cons: It is worth knowing that the parking is reached down a steep path below the chalet, which became an ice rink by mid week. I had to take walking sticks to reach the car without breaking my neck and wouldn't have wanted to take anyone with any physical limits down there. It is possible to temporarily park the car above the chalet to unpack, but that was also via a steep staircase. The staircase on the other hand was well designed to ensure you didn't slip. If you travel as a couple and don't have much stuff and you are fit and healthy, this shouldn't be a problem. This keeps the price down and the chalet calm. If you have small children and an animal and have a lot of things to carry, it is pretty hard work getting all the gear to the chalet. Luckily we only had to do it twice in the week." ~Ruth
