"Pros: Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel situated very conveniently, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, train station. 10 minute drive away from sites and points of interest ( Gruyère, Cailler chocolate factory, most exquisite wine shops). Ample car parking. Pet friendly. We didn't have our dog with us this time but we will definitely bring him with us the next time we stay in this hotel. ❤️ Cons: Everything was wonderful, really. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast selection (we prefer fried eggs to boiled and like a wider variety of cut fruit and cold meats), but since that is a very personal preference, it's not really a negative." ~Ana
