"Pros: Great location close to the central train stop in Luzern. A very friendly and organised reception team. The staff also kindly upgraded our room so we had more space to spread out, we are very appreciative of that. Very comfortable pillows provided. Cons: There was no air conditioning in the room which didn’t really matter because of it was cool enough, but because we were on the first floor facing the main street, we couldn’t sleep with the window open. We requested for fan which was delivered and sorted us out for the night!" ~Tee-ni
