"Pros: LOVED everything about this hotel and wish I could find one in every city! Perfect location near train station, but quiet street. Wonderful staff, clean spacious rooms, but the BEST part was the dining area and breakfast. Expansive spread of all sorts of food every morning. Lots of tables for guests to eat -- at any time of day. This is convenient if you want to eat a take-out meal or quick sandwich. There is a shared large fridge for storage and beverages (including beer and wine) that you can purchase at off-hours." ~Julie

"Pros: Great location close to the central train stop in Luzern. A very friendly and organised reception team. The staff also kindly upgraded our room so we had more space to spread out, we are very appreciative of that. Very comfortable pillows provided. Cons: There was no air conditioning in the room which didn’t really matter because of it was cool enough, but because we were on the first floor facing the main street, we couldn’t sleep with the window open.
