"Pros: The apartment was clean and more spacious than it appeared in the photos. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the owners put a lot of effort into making the apartment comfortable. If the weather permits, swimming in the lake (just a 10-minute walk away) is a wonderful experience!
Cons: I especially recommend the apartment for travelers with a car. We used public transport, and the steep walk between the bus stop and the apartment was sometimes challenging—particularly in the rain. There is no supermarket nearby, so it's important to plan your shopping in advance. As noted in some earlier reviews, a sofa would be a much-needed addition, as the only seating options currently are chairs or the bed."

"Pros: New, stylish apartments. Wonderful view from the window. The kitchen has everything you need. We found special equipment for preparing a local dish, and were very glad that we could cook it ourselves. The city of Lucerne impressed us very much, we will definitely return!"

This cosy and quiet hotel is only a 5-minute drive from Lucerne and a 2-minute walk from the Rotsee lake, world-famous for its rowing regattas. We offer spacious, well-equipped rooms and free parking in front of the hotel. In summer, free entry to the Rotsee lido, including a bathing towel and a canvas chair, are included in the price. The beautiful area around the lake is ideal for many forms of recreation and leisure, including jogging and bicycling.
