"Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very neat and organized. My room overlooked the Reuss river, which was very nice. Ate dinner at the restaurant a few times, and would highly recommend! Cons: There were no washcloths in the bathroom and only a handheld sprayer for the shower, which took some getting used to. The breakfast option at the restaurant was the same every day, and there was no option to order differently." ~Anonymous

"Pros: The appartment is very spacious with a great balcony to sit outside. the 2 bathrooms are new, one with a big walk in shower, the other one wiht a bath tube. The kitchen and dining area was also great. Cons: The appartment house is directly to a church. this was with an open window at night a bit loud when the church bells rang every 5 min. But with closed windows it was quiet." ~Heike
