If you wish to retrieve the items from our warehouse, a fee of 300 CHF will be charged. 2) Please take the key and keep it carefully, losing it will cost CHF 500. [...] In case of loss of the key, the replacement cost is 700 CHF. Please be very careful, as we would regret having you incur this penalty. -------------- I travel a lot, but a charge of 300 for a lost item is something new to me.
