"Pros: The location of the apartment is excellent. It is very close to Lugano Lake and downtown, yet it is in a quiet neighbourhood.
The apartment was very clean and roomy with a beautiful view towards Lugano Lake. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary stuff to comfortably prepare meals.
Communication with Nataliano was very easy and precise. We established contact on WhatsUp and our host gave us precise instructions on how to get to the apartment, where to park and how to get the keys. He even added videos clearly showing the location of parking and key boxes."
