"Pros: Absolutely clean spacious house in a nice town close to the center of Lugano (15 min drive) We liked the possibility to store bikes in the utility room, there is also a laundry room in the house. The furnishing style of the house is really retro, but it's nice. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed. Bed linen and plenty of towels were also available. Excellent WI-FI connection, smart TV. Nice modern bathroom and one extra WC by the kitchen. Cons: For older guests, it can be a problem that the walk from the parking garage to the house is uphill and over several steps, and that there are quite a few steps in the house as well. We also recommend that you always have cash with you to pay for parking - you cannot pay by credit card. There is only one small restaurant in the town, where meals must be ordered several hours in advance, and one small, poorly stocked shop. But this was nothing that would spoil our stay. I consider the biggest problem in the house to be the old style, low and very hard mattresses, they were the reason I was looking forward to leaving. If the owners would replace them or at least add a memory foam top, they would greatly increase the comfort of their guests. We also lacked fans in the bedrooms. it was very hot during our stay" ~Romana
