"Pros: We had a lovely stay at the apartment in Lugano. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to the city center and public transport. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. "Pros: I spent a week with my family in July at the Miravalle apartment. The views over the lake Lugano and surrounding mountains are magnificent. The apartment is big and very well maintained. It's also well equipped. We found pretty much everything we needed, including delicious espresso capsules :) All rooms have air conditioning, which was great for us as that was a hot week. The owner is helpful and takes care of his guests. We had a great stay and definitely recommend this apartment. Cons: We had a couple of minor issues that we reported to the agency, but they didn't care much. Luckily, the owner, who leaves nearby, took care immediately of everything." ~Emanuele
