"Pros: Our family had a truly wonderful time staying at this apartment in Luzern, and a big part of that was the exceptional hospitality of the host, Michelle. She is a wonderful host and a very nice person.
We experienced some travel delays coming from Austria due to traffic and were going to arrive in Lucerne later than expected. When we informed Michelle of our situation, she was incredibly kind enough to wait for us and even came personally to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. This level of care and understanding was truly appreciated and made us feel instantly welcome.
The apartment itself had everything needed for a wonderful and stress-free stay. We felt completely at home and comfortable. Furthermore, the location is fantastic! It's worth mentioning that the apartment is within walkable distance from the iconic Chapel Bridge, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The added bonus of dedicated parking available on site was also a huge plus for us."

"Pros: Impeccably designed and fitted for our stay. Fantastic location and incredible breakfast buffet. A/C worked very well.
Cons: We found the beds a bit too soft for us. Oddly, there was no light switch for the bathroom, it’s entirely automatic. This presents issues of disturbing your partner when using the bathroom at night."
