"Pros: You can't beat the central location to Old town and the train station. This 2 bed , 2 bath unit is massive, the largest accommodations we stayed at for our 2 weeks in Europe. We walked 8 minutes from station to flat and had early check-in at 10am ! We also had the front desk hold our bags so we could enjoy the city until our train left for Zurich at 3pm. Cons: If you are really tall person like myself 6'3" and up ... you just have to watch your head in a few spots. I hit my head on a few lights hanging down. Watch out for the step coming out of your bedroom .. that can be a surprise in the middle of the night." ~Jon

"Pros: The location is perfect. The bathroom was small but modern and clean. We got a code for the entrance lock in email, and the room was ready by noon, so we were able to get into the room early, and didn't need to wait for anybody to check us in. We really appreciated the early access to the room, after the overnight flight. Cons: The room was on the top floor (no elevator), so we were hoping for a decent view, but the window faced a stone wall, like two feet in front of it. The room was tiny, and a large space was taken by a portable AC unit standing next to a table. We appreciated the AC through. It was a hot day in Lucerne in July, so AC is a must." ~Igor
