"Pros: The view from the apartment is fantastic—during the day you can clearly admire the beautiful Mount Pilatus, and at night, enjoy the sparkling city lights. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and well-soundproofed, providing a comfortable and quiet environment. The kitchenette is well-equipped with various appliances, making meal preparation easy. Additionally, the host was responsive and helpful on weekdays, promptly addressing our issues. Cons: Although a projector was thoughtfully provided, the lack of a blackout curtain in the living room severely affected image quality during the daytime. Moreover, the projector seemed to have a loose connection, preventing audio output via external speakers. Additionally, the projector, speakers, Wi-Fi, and living room lights share the same power line, meaning that accidentally switching off the lights turns off all these devices simultaneously. The lighting in the living room is quite dim, especially at night, which could be improved for better comfort. Unfortunately, we also encountered the inconvenience of a missing hairdryer. Due to this issue arising over the weekend, the host was unable to provide immediate assistance, and we had to wait until Monday evening for a solution. Though the weekend without a hairdryer was uncomfortable, the problem was eventually resolved." ~Sung
