"Pros: It is very nice, old building near the center. You can easily walk to the station within 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly.
Cons: Since it is an old building and my room is on the top (roof), the AC system does not work well and is very noisy. There are some bugs inside room. If you just find somewhere to live after a long day trip, it might be the good idea."

"Pros: Great location, fine or one or two nights if you want to explore Lucerne. Walking distance to the main attractions. There is no elevator and we were on the third floor, just FYI! We were allowed to use the pool at the hotel accross the road and could buy small drinks and snacks there, it was handy as there is no little shop around. Staff were super friendly and nice, our room was comfortable."
