"Pros: Modern, full of light, quiet, domotic controls for the full apartment, wash machine, dryer, dishwasher, bathtub. The property is just 500m away from Piazza Grande and the lake shore. If you own a Tesla or electric car, you have a 4 stalls Tesla Supercharger just 200m away, the building garage has many charging stations although I don’t know the terms of use. You have 2 supermarkets downstairs in the same street, a pharmacy 100m away. Recycling center just 300m away. Cons: A microwave would be useful to quickly heat milk or similar." ~Claudio

"Pros: Nice kitchen and equipment. Everything clean and working well. Cosy sofa area and big TV. Big balcony. Washing machine and tumbler. Great location (next to two supermarkets and restaurants). Cons: Pre Check in and garage reservation needs to be done very early in advance. Information how to check in after 5 (!) PM is not available without requesting. Proper recycling of waste requires some personal effort due to missing glas container close by. Check out is very early (9:30 AM with some manual steps to be conducted in the flat before that). Lights of switches in every room are blue and green and very bright - hardly could sleep. Pillows with feathers, don`t like that as vegan and also very uncomfortable." ~Stefanie

"Pros: Great location, easy walk into town. Apartment had everything we needed. The lady we met at check-in was very nice and helpful. Smart house controls were easy to use and understand. No visible heating so it did get a bit cold going into Autumn. Bed was very comfortable and it was great to have a washing machine. Cons: Lighting wasn't sufficient in kitchen/dining and lounge area." ~Janet
