"Cons: at check in we discovered the bathroom's mirror shattered on the floor and glass all over the place. we were lucky that the kids didn't go in first. There was no one available to clean on the same day, so we had to pick up the glass and clean ourselves, but since there is no trash bag (you have to buy yours) we couldn't throw away the glass but had to keep it on the side of the bathroom. Furthermore, the toilet seat was dirty (it was used by someone before us and not cleaned apparently before we arrive)." ~Marc

"Pros: A beautiful location surrounded by amazing mountains and scenery. A short walk from Gemmibahnen where the cable cars takes you up and beyond to almost another world!! Quite a hike up from the lower centre of the town, around 10 mins walk, but very steep! But dont let that put you off!!" ~Nicola
