"Pros: Apartment was nice and had good value for money Cons: Reservation process was crazy...after making a reservation i received message via booking that i will need to deliver some extra documents, otherwise i won't be able to get a key...this sound serious so i responded what kind of documents and if i can come later than check in time 2-4pm, but i didnt get response...one day before my reservation some lady called me on my cellphone from Swiss number which means i have to pay for it as well and told.me that nobody will be at the place and i need to provide her my email address and she will provide me links to pay for reservation...it was a surprise because on reservation i had information that i can pay everything in that place in reception. I didnt get any email with links and i started to worry, i tried to call that swiss.number 3 times and spent my money on automatic voice mail, because nobody respond...i tried to contact place via booking messages and email which i found there...but no response...next day i was on beautiful trip in Italian Paradise Valley, but i just worried that i won't have place to sleep,.i called booking customer service to get a solution, after around half an hour conversation they told me that they will try to contact someone from my reserved place and see what's going on, but anyway i need to be there in provided check in time in case that i would like to pursue any policies violation....check in time was from 2pm to 4pm, so i rushed to the place, but guess what, address copied from reservation wasnt there...it was like 4km from place i reserved, i finded out this after i visited some gift shop nearby. So i called a number i had on booking,.again foreign number i had to pay for, someone there picked a phone and told me that my keys has a one person and when he was giving me a phone number i realized its a phone number from lady that called me but is not picking a phone at all...so he suggested me to call her again or contact her with Whatsapp..." ~Piotr
