"Pros: Nice apartment in a good location. It has everything one needs for a short or long stay. Cons: The hosts have sent too many emails and it was difficult to sort out the necessary information from not-so-necessary. The keys were to be picked up, in the area where no cars are allowed and it was too much hassle to park the car and run to the reception. Same with leaving the keys - with roadworks going on in the town and roads being closed we had to drive around trying to find our way to the office to leave the keys. We should not have to do this, honestly. Lost one hour." ~Olga
