"Pros: The cable car station is just outside the door. There is a ski room with good ventilation. There is a car garage. The bus stop for Rothenbach (cable car station to Metsch) is only a few metres away. The supermarket is within walking distance (10 minutes). The view from the balcony is magnificent. Cons: The central heating: There seems to be no way to turn it off. Instead, we had to leave the balcony door open day and night (in early March) and waste a lot of energy. The ventilation in the bathroom is very noisy, but it does not do its job." ~Christian
