"Pros: Spacious comfortable room, fairly basic but clean and tidy. Really excell.ent location, in the old town and very near to the river. Walkable to everywhere. Liked being able to use the swimming pool at the sister hotel, lovely at the end of a very hot day. Really helpful staff and liked being ablve to leave our luggage at the hotel as we arrived in Lucerne early and left late. Cons: Everything was good.
