"Pros: The view is unbeatable, the apartment is comfortable, neat and tidy and well-equipped, but it would be better to have a water boiler and dish detergent provided. The area was quiet and safe there. The staff Max was professional , friendly and very helpful. Thanks to his help and quick response, that made our stay a lot better. Cons: However, the apartment was not clean as pictured. I'm with a child with a dust allergy that I had mentioned to the staff that the apartment should be cleaned thoroughly and I had their words to ensure it's cleaned. At the end, we found red spots on carpet, stains on bedsheets and kitchen utensils are unacceptable but fortunately the staff reacted quickly and satisfactorily." ~Little
