"Pros: First and foremost I was very impressed by each and every member of staff. Everyone we came into contact with from reception to dining room to cleaning & maintenance were so helpful and pleasant and warm and friendly to us. Our car broke down nearby on route from Italy to the UK and we ended up staying at this lovely hotel for 3 nights. We were truly humbled by every member of staff and management & owners we came into contact contact with. We feel that we owe a debt of gratitude. The food was fantastic! The room was perfect! Clean and comfortable. The shower was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. We hired two electric bikes that were free to use. They were well maintained and fully charged in readiness. The hotel is in a great location and not far from the motorway and there are some great cycle routes all around through woodland and open fields and through Egerkingen and neighbouring towns and villages. We will most definitely return one day. Hopefully soon. Cons: Nothing." ~Richard
