Spacious 4 room apartment (90sqm) on the 1st and 2nd floor of an elderly detached two-family chalet. Awesome panoramic view to the surrounding mountains (Spitzhorn, Sanetsch, Oldenhorn and Glacier 3000). A store room (for skis and bikes) as well as up to 3 uncovered parking spaces are available. A small furnished balcony as well as in summer a furnished patio (to the right of the private used garage) are also available. The chalet is situated in the village center of Gsteig (10 km away from Gstaad). There are good bus connections to Gstaad respectively Col du Pillon (Glacier 3000). The bus stop is only 350 m (3 minutes by foot) away from the chalet. The small grocer's shop is daily open. The cross-country skiing slope is in front of the chalet. Gsteig is ideally located for summer and winter holidays.
Ground floor: entrance, staircase leading up to the apartment. 1st floor: Cloakroom. Separate large-area dining room / kitchen equipped with glass ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, drip coffee maker and espresso makers as well as fondue- and raclette-set. Living room with sofa, armchairs, TV and different children's toys. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2x90x190cm). 1 bathroom with bathtub/toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together (2x90x190cm). 1 family bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together (2x90x190cm) and 1 curtained-off single bed (90x190cm) including 1 baby cot (60x120cm). 1 bathroom with shower/toilet. W-Lan. Important note: Due to reduced prices there are not all bedrooms at your disposal at a lower occupancy than 5 people: 1-2 people: 1 bedroom 3-4 people: 2 bedrooms 5 or more people: all bedrooms
