"Cons: My stay in the apartment started off extremely. Firstly, the taxi driver who took me from the INTERHOME office dropped me off in the wrong place, I had to spend a long time looking for the apartment, going up and down. Well, local residents helped me find it. The stationary radiator heaters were cold, the office phone was already on the answering machine, I had to sleep in clothes. Also, the hot water stopped flowing. The next morning, after my call, they brought a portable heater radiator. It became warm. Then people came and did something with the equipment, but in the end the stationary heaters remained cold. There were regular interruptions in the supply of hot water. I was also not provided with and did not find a red bag for used bed linen and towels, I was forced to put everything in the bathroom. The inconveniences caused did not prevent me from having a good time in this region. But still, I was extremely surprised by such a level of service in Switzerland, where I have been many times."
