"Pros: Loved everything! Steps from the train station but still quiet. In between and easy walk to both First gondola and Eiger Express for Jungfrau. Restaurant manager, Simone (male) really made us feel special. Loved breakfast so much!! Restaurant dinner was also very good. Our balcony was big with gorgeous mountain views. We didn't utilize the spa facilities but checked it out on last day and wished we had; super clean and lots of options!" ~Fiona
