"Pros: The location and review were breathtaking. Short walk into town downhill, although a bit more challenging on the return trip. Accomodation was great. Cons: Was not provided the laundry token so couldn’t use the washing machine however the staff located in Grindelwald were great and I provided me with one when I raised it." ~Joanne
