In the ski area of Grindelwald, the self-catered Chalet Rivendell - GRIWA RENT AG is located 2 minutes on foot from a ski bus stop, 500 metres from the Grindelwald Firstbahn Ski Lift and the village centre, and 2.4 km from Männlichenbahn Cable Car. The holiday home is spread over 3 levels, and comes equipped with modern facilities, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. These include a large LCD TV with satellite and cable channels and a DVD player, as well as with a dishwasher, a microwave and a washing machine. Laundry facilities are provided free of charge and 1 free private garage parking space is available. The closest restaurant is within 100 metres from the Rivendell chalet. Dining and shopping options and a train station can be found in the village centre.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CHF 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that children staying in existing beds are included in the room rate. When children are accommodated in baby beds, the amount stated in the property policies has to be paid additionally to the room rate. Please note that children cannot be accommodated additionally to the maximum occupancy. The maximum number of guests including children is 8. Please inform GriwaRent in advance about the total number of guests staying at the property. When arriving with children, please include their age as well. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact them directly. Check-in is at the GriwaRent office between 16:00 and 17:00. A late check-in is possible for a surcharge.
