"Pros: Very good location and directly next to the train station terminal. A beautiful view from the house and the balcony.
Cons: Key collection on arrival is rather inconvenient. The keys must be collected from the office, which is 30 minutes walk one way from the apartment.
On departure, there is a long list concerning what you have to do before leaving. The dishwasher needs to be completed and dishes back in the cupboard. Heating needs to be turned off. However, heating was on before we arrived on days with 25 'C. So we had to figure out why it was so hot over the nights. Bed covers and duvet covers need to be taken off and put together at certain places.
In addition, warning signs are everywhere concerning 500 euro fines if bathroom floors are wet or the kitchen is not clean.
It was a rather strange feeling to pay a rather high price for the nice apartment, but you have to basically clean half of the apartment before check out and bring the keys back to the office personally."
