"Pros: The Apartment is spacious and has two balconies with great views of the surrounding mountains. Half bathroom was a plus. Kitchen has pots and pans and plates and cups and appliances for meal preparation. We loved the Nespresso machine! Cons: The bigger bedroom needs outlet next to the bed. Bedrooms need some kind of fan during the summer month. It would be good to have a laundry facility in the building . And lastly, customer service has room for improvement . The office downstairs has limited hours and reply to customer inquires and often delayed and not directly answered." ~Sutapa
