"Pros: Since the apartment is located in a car-free zone of the city, we need to ask the host to guide us to the parking (free for one car) and help us to move the luggages. the communication was easy and efficient and we were able to check in smoothly. the owner also runs the bakery downstair and we found a delicious bread already sitting on the dining table... kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area is pretty spacious. Grachen is a small town so the supermarkets are nearby. Cons: Strangely, for an apartment that has four rooms, there is only one toilet. fortunately there are sinks in some of our rooms. The washing machine broke down after one use... so we need to hand wash all the dishes." ~William
