"Pros: A wonderful stay! The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable experience.
Cons: The only minor downsides were the absence of shampoo in the room and some initial confusion with the address. The Booking.com app didn't list a specific address, and our Waze app initially directed us to the wrong hotel, about 30 minutes away.
To avoid this, make sure to select "Grächen" as your town in Waze, and then carefully look for the hotel name, as the app tends to navigate to the town center. Once we found it, it was clear we'd found a fantastic place to stay! We'd happily recommend it."
