"Pros: What an uniquely wonderful place to stay. It's like you're staying in a historical a-listed building, but with semi-modern comforts. We loved the facilities, including the mini-spa with hot tub and mini sauna. Some rooms, in particular the toilet upstairs had amazing views. A little walk through the quaint village reveals a lovely Church, a couple of restaurants and a water fall all in close proximity. The village folks were very friendly and we made a new friend in Luca at the Pizzaria a street down :) Your host will be very responsive and supportive - Thanks Andy! Cons: There is very little to complain about, if I was being hyper critical the only thing I'd say is that for me too many things, after paying a lot of money, came as additional extras e.g. the use of the bathrobes and slippers, which pushed the value for money a bit over the houses star rating potential. The insulation of the Sauna can be improved as the door albeit very authentic, has to many gaps and lets cold into the sauna... but again, this is hyper critical suggestions." ~Patrick
