"Pros: Excellent location in the middle of the city. All major sites are easily accessible by foot. Surprisingly the soundproofing from the street and adjoining rooms were great-heard nothing. All the staff were very friendly, attentive. Onsite restaurant was also excellent - food, staff, and service. Very comfy bed and nicely furnished room. Cons: The bathroom amenities were lacking. There is liquid handsoap in a pump by the sink and one container in the shower that is intended as a combined shampoo and bodywash, but not great for hair. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner, and if you use body lotion, to bring that too. If you are looking to use the room for work, it is not an ideal office set up, as the counter to be used for the desk is too high for the chair." ~Jane

"Pros: We had such a great experience at this hotel in Geneva! It’s centrally located, making it easy to explore the city, and has a modern, stylish vibe throughout. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel truly valued. As Genius Members, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade — which came with a lovely view. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. We also appreciated that they emailed us the Geneva Guest Pass in advance, which made getting around even easier. Thoughtful touches like this really stood out. Highly recommend this place, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying again! Cons: None." ~Shine
