"Pros: The room was small but clean and the location was very convenient. The staff were fantastic and friendly and as a solo traveller looking for somewhere affordable to sleep it was great. Cons: The breakfast was fairly limited with not many options for food however for the price paid compared to other places in the area this wasn’t entirely unexpected. The hotel in general was fairly outdated and lacked a feeling of modern-ness however these were very cosmetic, the rooms were clean, functional and did exactly what I needed so for me this was no issue. Walls however were a little thin and other guests could be heard very clearly at times." ~Kirstie

"Pros: Great location, a short walk from the lake and near excellent public transit, restaurants, and shopping. Spacious and bright apartment with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom and kitchen. Very responsive and helpful staff who were kind to let me check in a bit early. Wonderful to receive a Geneva Transport Card to be able to use all cantonal public transit for free during my stay, a.benefit of staying in hotels in Geneva. Cons: Kitchen should have tea towels, dishcloths and more mugs and glasses." ~Heather
