"Pros: Nice location, comfortable apartment with all you need. Easy to reach Zermatt by train. Late check in much appreciated. Trains were not a bother, my son actually loved them. Cons: Communication was a bit difficult. We would have need more details in English about the house rules. We had no ideea what to do with the garbage and ended up taking it with us (the plastic). And also location on google maps is Kalpetran. If you set Embd you end up in the upper side of the village." ~Eliza
