"Pros: Excellent location, convenient to go by bus to both Jakobshorn as well as Parsenn skiing areas. Lot of great restaurants in the vicinity. Car parking onsite is also offered.
Cons: Ski room is not locked. Unfortunately our child’s skis were taken by someone (accidentally). Though they returned it eventually, we lost an entire day of skiing. Having a locked ski cupboard per family is quite common these days in most ski hotels and would be nice if this is offered to avoid such instances. I’m sure we are not the only family who’ve faced this issue.
A lot of people are smoking inside the hotel corridors and near the entrance. I do not know the hotel’s policy, but people were definitely smoking inside the building as we constantly could smell cigarettes inside the corridors and in the ski room. Considering this is a sport hotel, I’d appreciate if you make this a strictly non-smoking place."

"Pros: Great location, absolutely central and only 100 meters away from crucial Bus Stops. A bit outdated equipment and facilities but it does it's job, especially for the price. The bed is the only actual downside, which wasn't that comfortable."
