"Pros: Location is excellent. Cons: There is no microwave but a big oven. Travelling with kids without a microwave is a bit challenging. The sofa bed in the sitting room needs to be replaced. It squeaks with every single movement." ~Usman

"Pros: The outter building itself is starting to show age. But the apartment was nicely remodeled. We really enjoyed it and it had everything we needed. The kitchen is nice and modern they even had a fondue pot available for us to use. Balcony made for enjoyable moments enjoying the scenery. Included parking was very nice. The owners were very kind and helpful when we needed something. TV was not working but the last 2 days of our stay Lukas and Phillipa, the host took care of it . It was so nice to meet them. Cons: However the sofa bed is soooo noisy. The metal frame is loud and squeaky any time a person moves. The location is very close to train tracks. It runs often during the day specially in the early morning. But seems to quite down over night. We aren’t light sleepers or sensitive for sound so for us it was fine but might not be ok for some people." ~Tatiana

"Pros: Nice spot for 1 night, directly by the lake and near Interlaken town without the expensive price tag during an Easter weekend. Clean room and beddings. Cons: The bathroom is a bit dated, but quite clean. Hardest part was finding the door itself to the place and the parking tickets were a little bit confusing." ~Alexia

"Pros: This is one of the best maintained accommodation, clean and cozy with surprising lake view from the window in the morning is perfectly located. Property owner answer my question in booking.com promptly when I checked in late unplanned, they gave me instruction already but my miss to read it and then a helpful neighbor was so kind to relieve our worry and made the journey remarkable. A gentle reminder that the connecting bus number 60 is only 10min from Interlaken West but we must check its schedule since it runs only once an hour at night and in the morning. Once that time table is at hand with Google map, everything is set. Cons: The only thing is that it has no lift and locate at 3rd floor, make no difference to backpackers but for heavy luggage taking ladies it could be a challenge. Unpack and split getting through the stairs could be alternative." ~Kai
