"Pros: Hotel was great we got the family suite and was comfortable clean and was well designed. Cons: Checkin process Hotel should have informed through whatsapp or email that due to family suite we have an exception process of checkin. Hotel sent an whatsapp with standard checkin procedure and caused confusion instead of sending exact customised procedure for family suite. Shower has very low pressure Toilet had a brocken flush which caused water continues running. Had to fix it myself as there was no staff." ~Vikas
