"Pros: It has potential, it has a very nice garden, but needs a lot more care. Cons: Arrived in an extremely cold house (< 15 degrees inside), with no working heating. The apartment is managed by an agency over the phone. So there is no one there for service. Although in description, this apartment has no WiFi (out of reach). The kitchen is old and extremely unsafe if you are with kids. Ants were everywhere in kitchen and bathroom.
