"Pros: The hotel is wonderful — the location, the view from the room, and the overall design are truly impressive. The staff is very friendly. We arrived around 9:00 PM with a small child and asked if they could make some soup, even though the restaurant was already closed. They gladly prepared a delicious soup for us. The room was very spacious and comfortable — we really liked it. We even wondered why the hotel is rated 3 stars and not 4, as it definitely meets the standards of a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was excellent — everything you need for a good morning meal. We were very satisfied. The only thing missing in the room was a kettle — that would have been perfect!" ~Saltanat
