"Pros: Just 10mins drive to the Bear Park and then 10 mins walk to the centre of Bern. The location is great whatever you travelled to Jungfrau region, Luzern, Zurich or Rheinfall (even Zermatt is 2hrs driving). The facilities of the room is clean and new. Receptionists are very kind and helpful. Cons: nothing" ~Man

"Pros: The room was very clean, the breakfast was very good, and most of the staff were nice. I also appreciated the free transport in Bern—and the coffee was very good too. :) Cons: The lady at the reception seemed a bit lost. On the last day, when we wanted to pay for breakfast, she initially told us that the payment hadn’t been made in full and that we still owed for three more nights—despite the fact that I had already paid the full amount through Booking. I showed her the confirmation, and she realized the payment had indeed been completed. I found her to be unprepared and overwhelmed on more than one occasion, even when we were asking for simple things. Also, I think some of the staff could benefit from improving their English skills" ~Iulia
