"Pros: I just FYI, transport around Basel and into Basel is free with your hotel stay, they give you the card when you arrive. I didn’t have a Swiss plug and they provided one at the hotel 20CHF deposit or license. The shower was great, room was clean and the coffee machine downstairs was an excellent bonus for me. I didn’t have breakfast but there were vending machines downstairs and a carry out breakfast option. The location was perfect right near public transport links and a short walk to the main stations (trams to the main station were regular form here too). Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again Cons: Only 2 plug sockets in the room and not near the bed (needed to set an alarm for an early morning day trip). Not a massive deal but could do with more sockets." ~Toni
