"Pros: Location is really good - really close to the train station and gondolas. Staff is awesome - friendly and helpful. Restaurant is rather good - steaks, specials. Breakfast is okay, cold, but all the basics are in. Cons: The hotel is right on the main road. Beautiful views, but lots of car noise. If you like it quiet, definitely ask for a back-side room, which fill up first. Some rooms don't let one adjust the temperature of the radiators, so you face a dilemma: too hot or too noisy. On the back side, you can crack the windows open at least without letting too much noise in. Pillows are quite bad, but beds are fine." ~Gleb
