"Pros: Fabulous holiday let in Adelboden. Spacious, well kitted out kitchen & open plan living room, comfortable, with great views of the mountains. Well situated for the cable cars & buses (free with the guest card/wanderpass). Handy private car parking & shared laundry room. We enjoyed the many walks in the area and comfort of the house, plus the scenic views of the mountains and starry night sky (not much light pollution). It feels less touristy than some of the other mountain resort areas and more tranquil. A great place to get away from it all in comfort. Cons: Switzerland is expensive! This holiday let was also on the pricey side but probably in line with the going market rate. (Having a well kitted kitchen did mean we could cook and eat in which made the holiday more affordable) The house is by the main road so can be noisy intermittently when vehicles go by. It does quieten down significantly after 8 or 9pm and if you keep the windows shut." ~Andrew
