This eco-friendly hotel is a few minutes’ walk from Västerås’s main streets, Vasagatan and Stora Gatan. It offers free Wi-Fi, a free relaxation area with sauna and individually decorated guest rooms. Wooden floors, a TV and a desk are standard room features at Hotell Arkad. Some rooms also include a seating area. Guests can relax with a game of dart or billiards. Other facilities include a common room with TV and a small library. The hotel serves a daily breakfast buffet. In the evenings, guests can order wine, beer and light dishes at reception. Västerås Central Station and Aros Congress Center are within 5 minutes’ walk of Arkad Hotell.

If your arrival date is on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will receive check-in instructions from Hotel Arkad via email after booking. Hotell Arkad requires that the credit card holder’s name matches the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs SEK 95 per day.
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for SEK 150 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 13 years old and over stay for SEK 300 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
